Privacy Notice
TutorAP is being built as a tutoring directory and independent study resource service for high school students, parents, tutors, and site visitors. This notice describes the data TutorAP expects to collect and how privacy choices are handled.
No personal owner name or personal owner email is published on this site. Privacy requests can be submitted through the private intake form below once Supabase is connected.

Cookies and Tracking
TutorAP uses necessary browser storage to remember privacy choices. Google Analytics is disabled by default and loads only after analytics consent. Automatic Google Analytics form interaction measurement is disabled. Marketing tracking is not connected. See the Cookie Notice.
Legal Bases and Uses
TutorAP uses personal information to provide requested services, operate the directory, prevent misuse, respond to privacy requests, and comply with legal obligations. Where consent is required, optional tracking or marketing remains off unless the visitor affirmatively chooses it.
Sharing
TutorAP does not sell personal information. TutorAP does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising today. Personal information may be shared with infrastructure and analytics providers such as Vercel, Supabase, GitHub, and Google Analytics only as needed to host, secure, measure, and operate the website.
Student Privacy
TutorAP is intended for high school students, parents, and tutors. Students should use a parent or guardian where required by law or school policy. TutorAP should not collect sensitive student records unless a later product flow has a reviewed data-processing agreement and retention policy.
Your Choices
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out of sale or sharing, or appeal of a privacy decision. TutorAP honors Global Privacy Control as an opt-out signal for optional tracking.
Submit a Privacy Request
Retention and Security
TutorAP should keep lead and privacy request records only as long as needed for service, compliance, fraud prevention, and business records. Supabase row-level security, Vercel environment variables, least-privilege keys, and GitHub secret scanning should remain part of production operations.
Independent Content
TutorAP sample materials should use original questions, TutorAP-owned explanations, and public-domain or properly licensed sources. TutorAP is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by College Board.
